Great area, the place is well groomed except for the back parking area, they closed it sometimes. But aside from that, the food is great and the personnels are nice. They also serve fast which is very convenient.

I've been visiting this Jollibee branch many times already and I really appreciate how the management are keeping the place covid free. Practicing social distancing and making sure that the distance between customers are within the specific range. The service was great and the staff are well-mannered and friendly. Well ventilated, well illuminated and spacious. Overall, it's a great experience. Keep it up guys!!!

A new Jollibee branch in Lapaz in front of the Public Market. I dropped by here before going to the Church. I ordered a breakfast meal and immediately it was served. Very fast service and always embody their courteous attitude, same in its nationwide branches. That's the trademark of Jollibee! Because it's newly opened, everything is new and clean.

As a student, po, I had a great experience at Jollibee! The food was delicious and budget-friendly, which is perfect for students like me. The staff was also friendly and accommodating. However, po, it would be nice if there were more seating available during busy hours so customers could dine more comfortably. Thank you, po!

Update: (Jan. 17, 2026) e-payment is now accepted. Food tastes the same with Jollibee branches. There are some discrepances sometimes on the services like, discounts and tables are not cleaned immediately. Cleaning was only wiping the tables but not thoroughly. There are still dirt left. (You wipe it yourself ). The establishment still requires Vax Card when dining-in (during Covid-19 days). Then my order of coffee is not that hot that the creamer did not mix well. Some Staff are not so accommodating. Please improve your service. There are some foul smell from outside (kind of spoiled foods).

Serves you well with a customized fried egg for bf. The most recommended jolibay branch in foodpanda (at least in lapaz area). they always fulfil special requests! Tried their monster chicken sandwich after having visited the store again for dine in.

Well, the food is Jollibee so it's really good. I've been here before and there are times that if you order breakfast meal they will just give ordinary rice so it's kinda disappointing. Update: The service got better the 2nd time around.
